Mark Rosenberg has been prominent in the California Real Estate Market as both an Attorney and a Realtor since 1987. Along with his staff Mr. Rosenberg represents companies and individuals in commercial, industrial and residential property sales and acquisitions, land use matters, negotiations, legal compliance, zoning issues, leases, loan negotiation and workouts and contractual real estate matters.
Mr. Rosenberg also represents a select group of clients in contractual negotiations in the entertainment industry.
Mr Rosenberg's clients include Fortune 500 Companies as well as many high profile Los Angeles Business Professionals. Mr. Rosenberg also has been privileged to represent many Hollywood Stars and agents in the strictest of confidence.
Mr. Rosenberg began his career by practicing real estate and entertainment law for major law firms in New York City and California and is a member of both the California and New York State Bars. Mr. Rosenberg also served as General Counsel and a Real Estate Broker at two of Los Angeles' most exclusive real estate companies.
In the mid 1990's Mr. Rosenberg formed his own legal practice and real estate company both of which continue to successfully operate today.
Mr. Rosenberg graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1980 from Vassar College having spent his junior year studying at The London School Of Economics. After spending some time working in New York City as a paralegal at the Wall Street law firm of Dewey, Ballantine, Mr. Rosenberg attended Stanford Law School. Mr. Rosenberg graduated from Stanford Law School in 1985. He became a member of the New York State bar in 1986 and the California State Bar in 1987.
On specific matters, Mr. Rosenberg is assisted by attorney Carolyn Alifragis, a graduate of Harvard Law School and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Fordham University.
