The firm of Mark S. Rosenberg & Associates has been serving corporate and individual clients on a wide variety of real estate matters for over three decades.

Mark S. Rosenberg

Mark S. Rosenberg began practicing law in California in 1987, and over the years, he has risen to prominence as an experienced and well-respected attorney. Along with his staff, Mark represents companies and individuals in commercial, industrial and residential property sales and acquisitions, title opinions and issues, easements and the creation of various land interests, land use matters, legal compliance, leases, loan negotiations and workouts and general contractual matters.

In addition to Shell Oil Company and various L.A.-based business executives, Mark has also represented many well-known Hollywood celebrities and talent agents. He serves all of his clients in the strictest of confidence.

Early in his career, Mark practiced real estate and entertainment litigation for two prestigious law firms in Los Angeles. He then served as General Counsel at two of L.A.’s most exclusive real estate companies for a total of seven years. Then, in the mid-1990’s, having earned a reputation as a knowledgeable and experienced real estate law professional, Mark went out on his own, forming his own legal practice, the firm of Mark S. Rosenberg & Associates.

Mark graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vassar College, having spent his junior year studying at The London School of Economics. He went on to obtain his law degree at Stanford Law School.

In addition to his legal practice, Mark also regularly acts as a real estate broker for sellers and buyers of residential and commercial properties in and around the Los Angeles area. His broad experience with so many distinct aspects of the real estate market makes him an even more effective and highly sought-after real estate attorney.

Mark’s goal is to provide his clients with a level of honest, thorough and competitively-priced service that legally protects them in all of their real estate transactions, while taking into account their unique business needs and concerns.
